- প্রথমেই আপনার Technical Lacking অথবা Limitation খুঁজে বের করতে হবে।
- তারপর প্রয়োজনীয় Related Skills গুলো Develop করতে হবে।
- Skill-এর সাথে সাথে Presentation, Proof এবং Positioning ঠিক করতে হবে।
- Professional Identity এবং Self Branding এ Focus করতে হবে।
- Marketplace এবং Outside Marketplace-এ কাজ পেতে ধারাবাহিকভাবে চেষ্টা করতে হবে।
Finding the Real Lacking / Limitation
Skill থাকা সত্বেও আপনি কেন Market Place অথবা Outside Market Place এ কাজ পাচ্ছেন না।
অনেকগুলো কারণের মধ্যে প্রধান কারণগুলো বুঝার চেষ্টা করি:
ধরুন আপনি Cloud Accounting Software (QuickBooks এবং Xero) তে Expert. কিন্তু, Attractive Gig Image অথবা Gig Video Create করতে পারছেন না।
Proper Knowledge না থাকার কারণে Competition এবং Keyword Analyse করতে পারছেন না।
ফলশ্রুতিতে, Properly Gig Publish করতে পারছেন না। আর তাই আপনার মেন্টরের কথা শুনে রাতের পর রাত জেগেও আপনার Gig Ranking পাচ্ছেনা।

Market Place-এ job পাওয়া মানে শুধু apply করা না। Client দেখে— Profile trust worthy কিনা, Portfolio result দেখাচ্ছে কিনা, Proposal personalized কিনা।
এই জায়গাগুলো Weak হলে, ১০০টা Job-এ Apply করলেও কাজ আসে না।
Clients can’t clearly understand who you are. আপনি ATS friendly এবং Keyword Optimized Resume অথবা Portfolio Create করতে পারছেন না।
Additionallly, Social Media Marketing এ Proper Knowledge না থাকার কারণে আপনি নিজেকে এবং আপনার Skills গুলোকে Virtually Represent করতে পারছেন না।
Marketplace বা remote job; সব জায়গায়-ই Trust comes before Talent!
